Idler online store Terms of Service:
- If you illegally purchase an item in our store, you will not receive your item.
- If you chargeback an item on our store, you will not receive the item that you purchased and will be permanently banned from the server and the discord.
- While we do allow you to buy things for others, please do it responsibly. (Don't buy an item for everyone on the server.)
- If you misuse any item that you purchase for the cause of ruining the experience of other players on the server, you will get your item taken away.
- Please do not ask for discounts or items for free, you will not get them.
- Refunds are not available. Do not ask for one.
- If you use your items to offset the balance of the economy (like buying items for everyone on the server) then your items will be removed.
- If you are banned or removed from the server for any reason, we reserve the right to remove your purchase without a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe they may not use their items correctly.
- We reserve the right to take away your item if you violate any of our terms of service.
- We reserve the right to change any of the ranks or items listed on this site with or without notice.
- We are not responsible if you or someone you purchased something for loses your/their purchase due to one of a few reasons:
- The server resets for the next season.
- The item is lost due to another player taking it.
- Being banned on the server.
- By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to take any legal action against any of the staff, players, anything, or anyone related to this server.
- If the server shuts down permanently, all items purchased will be void without a refund.
